Office Manager

We are looking for a strong, mature office manager with HR experience. This person must have excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate shall have a flexible attitude to support company operations and should be a strong and reliable supporting team member to company operations. The office manager will be responsible for supporting executive management and employees. This person will be someone who our employees can rely on and depend upon to respond to questions and adapt to urgent requests.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Directly support the office with workplace and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to purchasing (PO creation, invoice filing, bookkeeping), budgeting, supply management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list
  • General office support, maintain office, organize product development space and inventory, handle correspondence, manage filing systems, and coordinate office technology management
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors
  • Organize and coordinate company events and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
  • Basic website administration
  • Provide assistance to CEO

Requirement to Apply: 

  • Strong organization skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion around sensitive material
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Demonstrated experience in resource and budget management
  • Confident and effective in a fast-paced environment and being resourceful
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively to stay ahead

Qualification: 

  • Minimum Associate degree
  • 2+ years related experience
  • US work authorization

Candidates with office experience, HR experience, goal-orientated or experience with competitive sports or activities is a plus.
